The Game
- All entrants must choose 8 teams
from the 8 available groups
- Entrants must pick 1 team from each
group
- The teams in each group will not
change throughout the season
- The grouping of the teams involved
in this year’s competition are final
- Teams are grouped dependent on their
finishing Football Fantastic league position for the year 2008/09 and
involvement in the 2009/10 Champions League competition and
are at the discretion of Football Fantastic
- Entry is FREE for each team
- Unlimited amount of entries are
permitted per person
- Entrants may make up to 4 transfers
each month
- These transfers can take place at
any time during the month
- Unused monthly transfer will NOT be
carried forward to the following month
- Teams created before 12noon will scores points for that days matches. Any teams created after 12noon, will only start scoring points from the following day.

- Any games that are re-arranged, will
count in the month that they are played
- If a game is abandoned, the result
will be taken as per the league and cup decision of that
particular game
- The game results and scores will
only be updated on a Sunday and Wednesday of every week
except in exceptional circumstances which will be clearly
notified on the website
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age
Transfers
- Entrants may make up to 4 transfers
each month
- These transfers can take place at
any time during the month
- Unused monthly transfer will NOT be
carried forward to the following month
- Teams transfered in before 12noon will score points for that days matches. Any teams transferred out before 12noon, will not score any points for that day. For example:
- If Arsenal and Chelsea are both
playing on Saturday and you transfer Chelsea in and
Arsenal out, before 12noon, then you will only score
points for Chelsea
- If Arsenal and Chelsea are both
playing on Saturday and you transfer Chelsea in and
Arsenal out, after 12noon, then you will only score points
for Arsenal
- If Arsenal play Saturday and Chelsea play Sunday and you transfer Chelsea in and Arsenal out, after 12noon, you will scores Arsenals points for Saturday and Chelseas points on Sunday
- You can not earn points for 2 teams from the same group in the same day
Scoring
- Points are scored as follows:
- Win = double the points of the
team played
- Draw = the points of the team
played
- Lose = No points
- Every goal scored earns 1 point
- Every goal conceded is minus 1 point
- Every clean sheet kept earns 1
point
- e.g. Man City 1 – Man Utd 1. Man City would earn 8 points and Man Utd would earn 6 points
- Points scored will be for league
games, Champions League and UEFA Cup matches only
- Qualifying games for the Champions
League and UEFA Cup will not count. Scoring starts with the
first group stage for Champions League and UEFA Cup matches
- During the knockout stages of the Champions League, results will be taken at the end of penalties if necessary
- E.g. If Barcelona and Chelsea draw 1-1 at the end of extra time and Barcelona win 4-3 on penalties, the result will be entered as 5-4 giving the total goals scored for each team throughout the game
- All other teams that play in the
Champions League that are not part of Football Fantastic
09/10 will have a value of 6 points
- All other teams that play in the
UEFA Cup that are not part of Football Fantastic 09/10 will
have a value of 4 points
- Play-off games do not count in any
league
- Teams created before 12noon on a
saturday, will earn points for games played that saturday.
Any teams created after 12noon, will start earning points
from the sunday.
Mini Leagues
- Mini leagues must have 1 chairman
and at least 10 teams in total in the league
- The chairman must have at least 1
team in the league of which they are the chairman
- The mini league table will show the
averages of all teams within that league
The decision of Football Fantastic is final
